Application & Admission
Application Process
Applications are accepted on a rolling basis and processed by our enrollment team at Daybear. We request that your family takes a tour and your children get a chance to meet us.
Please fill out the inquiry form here on our site to RSVP for Open Houses or to request a Private Tour and someone will be in touch within 24 hours to confirm.
We do not charge an application or enrollment fee.

Siblings of enrolled children are given enrollment priority.
We are currently enrolling children aged 3 months to 2 years old - slots are filling fast.

Neubulas
The neubulas is a full day program available between 09:00 am and 06:00 pm, Monday to Friday. This program is 6 for 8 hours of care a day, 5 days a week. Our teacher to child ratio is 1:4
Asteriods
The asteriods is a full day program available between 09:00 am and 06:00 pm, Monday to Friday. This is a daily rate for up to 6 hours of care a day. The hourly rate at Star Kids is: Babies, $17/hr & Toddlers and Preschoolers, $16/hr. Our teacher to child ratio is 1:4

Ameena Khan
Director
Ameena is kind and caring. Her excitement in sharing in an open and honest relationship with parents makes her the perfect caregiver of young children. She is dependable and organized. Ameena is a hands-on mother herself and has four (school-aged) children of her own so she definitely knows a thing or two about babies and toddlers. She has a deep passionate for teaching and caring for children. She is First Aid & CPR Certified, has a certification in Preventative Health and is background checked with the FBI and DOJ.
Mission
Our mission at Star Kids is to care for babies and toddlers as if our home is their home. We learn something new every single day at Star Kids, sometime that learning comes from adventures around the neighborhood, books we share or from when we play and use our imaginations together! Star Kids encourages a strong family/school relationship where parents are briefed on skills and growth started at school that may continue on at home. We understand the needs of working parents and offer flexible drop off and pick up times. We ask that you send in a healthy lunch and snacks with the request that you share with us any allergies your child may have.
About Us
Neighborhood & Environment
Star Kids is located across the street from Cupertino High School off of Steven’s Creek with easy access to 280 and 85. The relaxed family neighborhood vibe will offer a comforting familiar feel for your child. A typical day will offer outside time in the backyard or at the local playground within walking distance plus comfortable indoor play time with a mix of educational activities, one-on-one attention, and social interactions.
